* இதில் குறிப்பிட்ட தொகையிலிருந்து GST மற்றும் TCS சேர்க்கப்படவில்லை.
* மக்கா மற்றும் மதீனாவில் உள்ள எங்கள் ஹஜ் குழு நிர்ணயித்த தேதியிலிருந்து நீங்கள் பயணங்களை மாற்றினாலோ அல்லது சவுதி அரேபியாவில் தனியார் டாக்ஸியில் பயணம் செய்தாலோ, நீங்கள் அதற்குரிய கூடுதல் போக்குவரத்து கட்டணத்தை செலுத்துவீர்கள், இது சவுதி அரேபியாவின் ஹஜ் அமைச்சகத்தின் விதிகள் மற்றும் விதிமுறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டது.
* விமானம் மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டு நாணயக் கட்டணங்களில் ஏற்படும் ஏற்ற இறக்கம் அல்லது வேறு ஏதேனும் காரணங்களால் தரை ஏற்பாடுகள் மற்றும் மொஅலிம் கட்டணங்களில் அதிகரிப்பு, பயணிகள் புறப்படுவதற்கு முன் வித்தியாசம் மற்றும் கூடுதல் தொகையை செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
* தொகுப்பில் சேர்க்கப்படாத பிற கூடுதல் சேவைகள்.
* விமான நிறுவனங்களின் அதிகப்படியான லக்கேஜ் கட்டணம்.
* மக்காஹ் சென்றடைந்ததும் முதன் முறையாக சுன்னத்தான உம்ராஹ், மற்றும் ஜூஅறானா என்ற இடத்திற்கு ஜியாரா செல்லும் போது ஒரு உம்ராஹ், எமது சர்வீசஸ் மூலம் செய்விக்கப்படும். அடுதடுத்து செய்யும் உம்ராக்கள் நீங்களாகவே செய்து கொள்ளவேண்டும்.
* அதேப்போல் ஹஜுக்காக கொடுக்கும் குர்பானி உங்கள் செலவிலேயே அமைந்து இருக்கும்.
* மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், வயதானவர்களுக்கு சக்கர நாற்காலி, அவர்களின் சொந்த செலவில் தனித்தனியாக ஏற்பாடு செய்த்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
* அசல் பாஸ்போர்ட் ரமழான் இறுதிக்குள் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படவேண்டும். அது பயணத் தேதியிலிருந்து குறைந்தது 6 மாதங்களுக்கு செல்லுபடியாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.
* ஹஜ் விசா வழங்குவது ராயல் சவூதி தூதரகத்தின் முழு உரிமையாக இருக்கும். ஹஜ் விசா மறுப்பிற்கு நிறுவனம் பொறுப்பேற்காது.
* இந்தியா மற்றும் சவூதி அரேபியா ஆகிய இரு அரசாங்கங்களால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து விதிகள் மற்றும் ஒழுங்குமுறைகள் பின்பற்ற படவேண்டும்.
* அனைத்து ஹாஜிகளும் நிறுவனம் நடத்தும் பயிற்சி முகாமில் கட்டாயம் கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
* சவுதி அரசு மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் அடையாள அட்டையை பாதுகாப்பாக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். சவூதி அரேபிய அரசாங்கத்தின் விதிகள் மற்றும் விதிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றுவது கட்டாயமாகும், மக்கா மற்றும் மதீனாவைத் தவிர மற்ற இடங்களுக்கு செல்ல அனுமதி இல்லை.
* மக்கா மற்றும் மதீனாவில் இரண்டு நபர்களுக்கு தனித்தனி அறைகள் தேவைப்படும் விண்ணப்பதாரர் பதிவு செய்யும் போது கூடுதல் தொகையை செலுத்த வேண்டும். (அஜிஸியா மற்றும் மினா அரபாத் தவிர)
* மருத்துவ மற்றும் சுகாதாரத் தேவைகள் HCOI வழிகாட்டுதல்களின்படி இருக்கும்.
* உயர் இரத்த அழுத்தம், உயர் குறைந்த இரத்த அழுத்தம், நீரிழிவு, இதயம், சிறுநீரகம், ஆஸ்துமா,மூச்சுத்திணறல் தொந்தரவுகள், நடைபயிற்சி சிரமம் போன்ற நாட்பட்ட நோய்கள் உள்ள ஹாஜிகள் தங்கள் சரிபார்ப்பு மற்றும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளலுக்கான மருத்துவ உடற்தகுதி சான்றிதழ்களுடன் நிறுவனத்திற்கு எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
* 60 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்ட ஹாஜிகள் ஏதேனும் சிரமங்கள் இருந்தால், முழு காலத்திற்கும் ஆரோக்கியமான பொறுப்புள்ள நபர் உடன் வர வேண்டும்.
* விமான விவரங்கள், இரு ஹரம் ஷரீஃப் அருகில் உள்ள ஹோட்டல்கள், அஜிஸியா பகுதி மற்றும் முஅல்லிம் எண் மற்றும் கூடாரப் பகுதிகள் இங்கு தற்காலிகமாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்படுகின்றன. இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தால் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்ட 45 நாட்களுக்குள் இறுதி மேம்படுத்தல் செய்யப்படும்.
* பயணத் தேதியில் விமானம் மற்றும் பேருந்து புறப்படும் தாமதத்திற்கு எங்கள் நிர்வாகம் பொறுப்பேற்காது.
* மினா மற்றும் அராஃபத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து கூடாரங்களும் ஒரே மாதிரியாக இருக்கும், மேலும் அனைத்து ஹாஜிகளும் இஹ்ராமில் இருப்பார்கள், நீங்கள் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து வெளியேற முனைந்தால் திரும்ப வந்து எங்கள் கூடாரத்தைக் கண்டுபிடித்து சேருவது மிகவும் கடினம், எனவே தயவு செய்து கூடாரத்தில் நடைபெறும் ஜமாத் தொழுகையில் பங்கேற்கவும்.
* மினா, அராஃபத், முஸ்தலிஃபா ஆகிய இடங்களில் ஹஜ் உணவுகள் முஅல்லிமால் மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படுகின்றன, ஏதேனும் தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டால் தயவுசெய்து அதற்க்காக பொறுமையை அனுஷ்டிக்கவும்.
* அறை சேவை வழங்கப்படாது, எங்கள் நிர்வாகத்தால் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட அறைகள் ஒரு அறையில் 4 முதல் 6 பேர் வரை தங்க நேரிடலாம், ஆண்கள் மற்றும் பெண்களுக்கு தனித்தனியாக அறைகள் வழங்கப்படும், எந்த காரணத்திற்காகவும் ஆண்கள் பெண்கள் அறைக்கு செல்வதை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும்.
Terms & Conditions
* GST and TCS not inclue this rate.
* Repeater charges as per Saudi government norms as and when applied.
* If you travel other than program and / or Group Dates, individually and / or travel by private Taxi in Saudi Arabia you will incur and pay for additional transportation charge which is also subject to the Rules and Regulation of Ministry of Hajj, Saudi Arabia.
* Any increase in the airfare that may come into force prior to the advertised scheduled journey, has to be made good by the pilgrims.
* Increase in the ground arrangements and Moallim Fees due to fluctuation in exchange rates or any other reasons, the passengers will have to pay difference and of the additional amount so required before departure.
* Airlines excess luggage charges.
* Any other additional services which are not included here in the package.
* A first Sunnah Umrah upon reaching Makkah, and an Umrah while proceeding to Ziyarah at Zu'arana, will be performed by our services. Subsequent Umrahs should be performed by yourself.
* Likewise, the Qurbani given for Hajj will be in your ashes.
* Wheel Chair for disabled, aged persons, should be arranged individually at their own cost. Tour cost does not include it.
* Original passport shall be submitted by end of Ramadhan and it should be valid for atleast 6 months from the date of onward travel.
* The issuance of Haj Visa will be the sole prerogative of the Royal Saudi Embassy.Company shall not be held responsible for refusal of Haj visa.
* All Rules and Regulations announced then and there by both the governments of India and Saudi Arabia shall be followed.
* All pilgrims shall attend compulsorily the orientation Program /Training camp to be conducted by the company.
* The identity card provided by the Saudi government and management that should be keep it safely. It is compulsory to follow the rules and regulations of Saudi government, there is no permission to go other places other than Makkah and Madinah.
* Applicant who need separate rooms for two person should pay additional amount at the time of registration, but only in Makkah and Madinah (except aziziyah and Masha'er)
* Medical and Health requirements shall be as per HCOI guidelines.
* Any pilgrim having chronic diseases such as Hypertension,high/low BP,diabetic,Cardioc,Kidney,Asthma/wheezing troubles,walking difficulty, etc shall inform in writing along with medical fitness certificates to the company for their verification and acceptance.
* Pilgrims above 60 years of age with any difficulties shall be accompanied by a healthy responsible person for the whole period.
* The airline details,Hotels @ Holy Makkah near Haram Shareef,@Aziziyah area and @ Medina,Muallim number and tent areas are uploaded here tentatively.Final updation will be made within 45 days after allotment of Quota by Government of India.
* Our management will not be responsible for the delaying of flight and bus departure on the date of journey.
* The all tents in mina and Arafat will be in same type, and all the hajis will be in ihram, if you move outside from tent means it will be very difficult to find our tent, so kindly participate the jamaath prayer which will conduct in our tent.
* During the haj foods in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah are provided by muallim only, if there is any delay kindly adjust it.
